Back in April I was going to introduce a new "feature" to my blog. "Becoming a Baker" I did two recipes....since then I have been on a super strict diet which consist of absolutely no snacking or any yummy bake goods. But it's certainly paying off because I've lost 11.5 pounds in 3 weeks. So until probably the end of the summer I'll post some of my favorite healthy recipes that we've tried recently.
